Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for lawful, safe, and rights-respecting use of CutoutKit, including abuse handling and takedowns.
This policy is designed to reduce abuse, protect the service, and make moderation and suspension decisions more defensible.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the service in a way that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or likely to expose us or our vendors to regulatory, contractual, or safety risk.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, counterfeit listings, or rights-violating commercialization.
- Fraud, impersonation, misleading product claims, fake reviews, or deceptive advertising.
- Malware, credential theft, probing, scraping that violates restrictions, rate-limit evasion, or abuse of the API or interface.
- Exploitative sexual content, child sexual abuse material, violent extremism, or any illegal content.
- Processing highly sensitive personal data, medical records, government IDs, or biometric data without independent legal authority.
Enforcement
We may investigate content, throttle usage, block outputs, remove content, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence when we believe it is necessary to enforce this policy, protect the service, or comply with law.
Copyright Complaints and Takedowns
Copyright complaints, takedown notices, and counter-notices may be sent to ForgeStudio Legal Team at hello@cutoutkit.com.
For U.S. safe-harbor purposes, a service provider that stores user material should also keep a designated agent registration current with the U.S. Copyright Office before relying on DMCA safe-harbor protections.
- Identify the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identify the allegedly infringing material with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Provide contact details for the complaining party.
- Include a statement of good-faith belief and authority to act.
- Include a physical or electronic signature.
How to Report Abuse
Support, safety, and abuse reports can be sent to hello@cutoutkit.com. Include enough detail for us to identify the account, asset, URL, or job involved.
