• Fraud, impersonation, misleading product claims, fake reviews, or deceptive advertising.
• Malware, credential theft, probing, scraping that violates restrictions, rate-limit evasion, or abuse of the API or interface.
• Exploitative sexual content, child sexual abuse material, violent extremism, or any illegal content.
• Processing highly sensitive personal data, medical records, government IDs, or biometric data without independent legal authority.

We may investigate content, throttle usage, block outputs, remove content, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence when we believe it is necessary to enforce this policy, protect the service, or comply with law.

For U.S. safe-harbor purposes, a service provider that stores user material should also keep a designated agent registration current with the U.S. Copyright Office before relying on DMCA safe-harbor protections.
